General Tips

Temperature Tuning

  • - Start at the middle of the recommended range and adjust from there
  • - Higher temps usually improve layer adhesion but may increase stringing
  • - Lower temps may reduce stringing but can cause weak layer bonds
  • - Print a temperature tower to find your optimal settings

First Layer Tips

  • - First layer often benefits from 5-10C higher bed temp
  • - Use slower speeds for the first layer (20-30% of normal speed)
  • - Clean your bed before each print for best adhesion
  • - For PETG/TPU, use a release layer like glue stick on PEI beds
